Jacara Meadows started her business in July 2022 in Marietta, Georgia, with a simple idea that turned out to be rare: actually take care of people. Not customer-service-voice care. The real kind — remembering the birthday, arriving early, staying until the last tray is packed, answering the phone when something goes sideways.
The bakery came first. Pound cakes and cobblers that people ordered once for an event and then kept ordering for no event at all. Word spread the way it does when the product is good and the person is better — no ad budget, just neighbors telling neighbors.
Then came the events. Clients kept asking her to stay and help serve, and she was better at it than the people being paid to do it. So she made it an offering — deliberately scoped as service: she'll set your buffet, warm and hold food your chosen kitchen prepared, keep the line moving, and break it all down after.
