Jacara 1. Pickup
- Orders are picked up in Marietta, Georgia 30064. The exact pickup address and time window are in your written order confirmation.
- Please come at your scheduled window — baked goods are timed to be at their best when you arrive.
- Orders not picked up on the scheduled day are treated as a day-of cancellation under the Refund & Cancellation Policy, though Jacara will always try to reach you first.
2. Local delivery
- Delivery is available by arrangement within roughly 25 miles of Marietta (metro Atlanta). The delivery fee is quoted with your order and shown in the written confirmation.
- Someone should be available to receive the order — perishable items can't wait on a porch in a Georgia summer.
3. No shipping — and why
Jacara's baked goods are made under Georgia's Cottage Food Rules, which allow direct-to-consumer sales only — no wholesale, no resale, and no distribution through third parties (Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 40-7-19-.05). That's why there is no mail-order shipping and no out-of-state fulfillment: it keeps every sale inside the rules her kitchen operates under. Short-notice requests are welcome — she'll say honestly whether it can be done well in the time available, and won't take the order if it can't.

On-site event service covers metro Atlanta; travel beyond that is quoted per event in the written confirmation.
